Earlier this afternoon, the Texas Terrors parted ways with their Offensive Coordinator, Joe Brady. Former Terrors Offensive Specialist, Warren Kenneth was named the new Offensive Coordinator. Head Coach Graham Harrell will assume playcalling duties. Harrell said We appreciate everything Coach Brady brought to the Terrors over the last two plus seasons. However, after five games we just believe that our offense is not where it should be and is showing no signs of any improvement. General Manager, Markelle Cox added Joe was a great coach and we wish him the best. As an organization we felt it was in the best interest to pivot and make the change now rather than prolong the decision. We look forward to what Warren can bring to the offense and to the changes and improvements Graham will make.
Coach Harrell stated that game planning for the Columbus Hunters has already started and that Warren has hit the ground running. I honestly do not believe there will be any hiccup in game preparation. The core of our offensive plays will remain and will only benefit from Warren’s unique perspective to the game added Coach Harrell. This is the first time in the organization’s history that a coaching change has happened in season.
